4-week online training program

4 weeks: $200 + tax

One time payment of $200 + tax

What's included:

Intro Call:  We will schedule a call to go over what we offer and answer any questions that you might have.  This call will allow you to determine if Mayo's Fitness is a good fit for you and your goals. 

Personalized workout plan:  Based on the intro call we will get you a personalized workout plan geared towards your goals.  If at any time during the duration of your package you want to change a workout, we can certainly do that for you.  Please note that it does take time to see results and that they won't happen overnight.  With that said if we have a workout that you don't like please don't hesitate to reach out.

Macro plan:  We do not provide meal plans.  At the end of the day, we could tell you exactly what to eat but what would you learn?  By the end of the training package, we want you confident to tackle the rest of you journey and know what to eat.  If we tell you what to eat than you won't understand the breakdown and how to adjust to meet new needs when you are on your own.

Accountability Coach:  This may sound silly but is essential to hold you accountable.  We have a template that you fill out once a week of your measurements that we go over and see if we are trending in the right direction.  If we determine that we are not we may adjust your macros to get you where you want to go.  We will be available for emails or texting throughout the week and will schedule a quick call each week to go over how your week went.  From there both you and I will discuss what we want to do the following week.

Exit call:  At the end of your program, we will schedule a call to go over how your program went and will ask how we did.  This is our report card so that we can constantly keep getting better.  During this call please don't hold anything back.  If there was something that we did or didn't do, please let us know!  With that said we will also ask weekly how things are going during our weekly calls.  We want to make sure that you are extremely satisfied with us!

We highly encourage our clients to stick with us for at least 3 months.  There is a saying about training.  It takes four weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for friends and family to notice, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice.  We want to see it through the 12 weeks.  However, we understand that may be a long commitment, especially up front to commit to 12 weeks without even knowing us.  So, at the end of the 4 weeks if you are satisfied and want to keep going we will get you set up for the second month.  We do require the training to be continuous and to not take breaks in between.

8-week online training program

8 weeks: $375 + tax

Two payments.  1st payment $200 + tax and the second payment to be taken before the fifth week is $175 + tax

Workout plan (1 time) and macro plan (4 weeks)

4 weeks: $150 + tax

We will get you set up with a workout plan.  This is a one time plan that we will send to you for you to go off of.  The macro plan will consist of four weeks of us calculating and adjusting your macros to get you on your way to see the results you are after.  The macro plan will take some tweaking to see if the results are coming that you want.

Mayo's Fitness will create you a custom workout plan based on your goals that you can follow.  This service does not include a trainer.  This is a one-time payment of $100 + tax and will get you a workout plan.

Accountability Coach

1 month: $100 + tax

Already have a routine but find your consistency isn't where it needs to be?  Mayo's Fitness will hold you accountable for your fitness journey.  This package includes a weekly phone call to check in and see how things are going and to see if you have any questions.  This does not include a macro plan or a workout plan.   Rather, this will have a trainer available to you to answer questions that you may have in regard to your personal journey.  No, this will not include what to eat or training, but you could take measurements and we could coach you on that.    Sometimes we get too busy to train or push it aside.  We will dive into what is causing you to not train or be consistent and coach around ways to help your consistency improve.

Macro plan

4 weeks: $150 + tax

Abs are made in the kitchen!  Our macro plan will break down the 3 main macros (protein/carbs/fats) and we will tell you how many grams to have for each main macro.  We do not offer meal plans as our end goal is for you to not be reliant on us long term but to learn and use what we teach you for the future.  If we were to detail each meal out you would have to constantly come back to us.  While that is every business dream, we strive to teach you how to handle it on your own so you are able to plan your own meals accordingly.   We will create a macro plan custom to your needs and goals and change as needed each week until your program is done.

1 hour in person training session

60 minutes: $100 + tax

We will have you meet us, and we will go over a lifting session with you.  We will show you the ins and outs of what we want you to do.  Any questions that arise during the session will be addressed immediately and we will make sure that you are doing the lifts properly even if that means that we lower the weight.  Increasing the weight will come with time but if you are not performing the lifts correctly then you will not get the full benefit of the lift and you could injure yourself.  We will have roughly 50 minutes of lifting with 10 minutes at the end to go over any questions that you might have.

5-1 hour in person training sessions bundle

60 minutes: $450 + tax

Payment to be made up front for full amount of $450 + tax.  Please plan out your schedule so we can get you in five days in a row (Monday-Friday).  We will block out for you and by the end of the week you will be able to start lifting and seeing results!  If you are unable to block out that consecutive time that is perfectly fine, but we will want to make sure we get the five sessions in during the four weeks following your purchase.

BOOT CAMP - 10-1 hour in person training sessions

60 minutes: $800 + tax

Payment to be made up front of for full amount of $800 + tax.  Please plan out your schedule so we can get you in 5 days in a row on back-to-back weeks.  We will block out for you and by the end of the two weeks you will be able to start lifting and seeing results!  If you are unable to block out that consecutive time that is perfectly fine, but we will want to make sure we get the 10 sessions in during the four weeks following your purchase.
